COMICS
For as long as I can remember, I have created character-focused stories, specializing in dialogue and building relationships. At times it is strictly written, other times illustrated, and in some cases both. In other words: my comics. Whenever I have an idea for a story, I sketch out the scene and write out the dialogue, then get straight to lining, coloring, and adding whatever else I want depending on how the characters themselves turned out. The thing is, though, most of the time, I am developing the characters as I go along. No concrete design, or personality; just an idea. My comics tend to serve as a preview for what is to come for the characters and stories that I have decided to develop further.
Below is a slideshow of a mini-comic I created titled Birth of Dreams which is just a small part of one of my other projects.

CHARACTER DESIGN
Like I mentioned before, my characters tend not to be fully fleshed out when I start working on their stories, but through trial-and-error, I am able to piece together some of the basics, not exactly including character design, which changes, a lot.
Sticking with the theme of the above mini-comic, below is the current set of references I have created for this specific set of characters.

DEVELOPMENT
In other words, establishing relationships amongst the characters and the world they live in. Keeping with the overall theme, not to mention avoiding any sort of confusion, I will remain with Thanatos, Hypnos, and Oneiros.
